Chicago Chamber Musicians name new exec

Kathleen Butera has been named the new executive director of Chicago Chamber Musicians. She replaces Amy Iwano who held the same position for 18 years.

Previously Butera served as executive director of Music of the Baroque. She has also worked in positions at the Chicago, San Francisco, and Pittsburgh symphony orchestras and teaches arts management at Columbia College.

Butera will start the position on August 1.
