Following last week’s exhilarating Berlioz performances, Sir Mark Elder and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra present another Shakespeare-inspired program Thursday night. Readings from Henry IV will be interstitched with Delius’s The Walk to the Paradise Garden, Elgar’s Falstaff, Rimsky-Korsakov’s Tale of the Invisible City of Kitezh and Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet.

Performances are 8 p.m. Thursday, 1:30 p.m. Friday, 8 p.m. Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday. cso.org; 312-294-3000.
