Buchbinder to replace Andsnes for June CSO program

Leif Ove Andsnes has withdrawn from his June concerts with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra due to the birth of his twins several weeks early and his need to be with his family at this time.

Rudolf Buchbinder will replace Andsnes as soloist on the program June 13-18 with Riccardo Muti conducting. The Austrian pianist will perform the scheduled Beethoven Piano Concerto No. 4 in this debut with the CSO.
