Mitsuko Uchida’s annual Mozart programs with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra are eagerly awaited by aficionados. Coming a bit later than usual this season, Uchida will perform far-flung early and late works with the Concerto No. 6 and No. 26 “Coronation.”
The program will also bring a welcome and offbeat bonus with Uchida accompanying soprano Dorothea Röschmann in Schumann’s song-cycle Frauenliebe und -leben.
Performances are 8 p.m. Thursday, 1:30 p.m. Friday and 8 p.m. Saturday. cso.org; 312-294-3000.
