Baritone cancels Schubert recital

Christian Gerhaher has cancelled his performance of Schubert’s song-cycle Winterreise with pianist Gerald Huber, scheduled for Wednesday Dec. 4 at Symphony Center. The German baritone is ill and has been advised not to travel on the advice of his doctor. The event has not been rescheduled.
